These terms govern use of the public DukaDesk marketing website. Separate terms may apply when you register for DukaDesk SaaS, purchase Windows Desktop, arrange a Standalone deployment, or receive support from Josmart Technologies.

Website information

We aim to keep features, plan limits, prices, screenshots, and availability accurate. Product capabilities may change as DukaDesk develops. Confirm material purchasing or deployment requirements with Josmart Technologies.

SaaS registration

The website may link to the hosted DukaDesk application. Registration and use of that application are subject to the terms presented through the application.

Desktop and Standalone enquiries

Desktop and Standalone editions are offered through guided contact. An enquiry is not an order or licence grant. Installation scope, pricing, support, data migration, and licensing must be agreed separately.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the website, submit unlawful or abusive material, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the enquiry form.

Intellectual property

DukaDesk branding, website content, product interfaces, and related materials belong to Josmart Technologies or their respective licensors. You may not present them as your own product.
