Keep working locally

The Windows edition runs against a local SQLite database, so the till does not depend on an internet connection.

Create and restore application backups, and keep copies away from the till computer.

Print DukaDesk receipts from the Windows application and configure the printer that fits your counter.

Where configured, other devices on the same business network can reach the application through the Desktop host.

Use an assisted installer with a familiar application window and update path.

The primary operational database stays on the Windows computer unless you deliberately move or back it up.

Josmart will confirm the Windows computer, printer, backup location, number of users, and whether other devices need local-network access.

Windows 10 or later is recommended.
A separate backup drive or protected backup location is strongly recommended.
Desktop and Standalone are guided editions and currently have no public trial download.
Existing LocalBiz POS Desktop users should follow the supported DukaDesk upgrade path.
