This policy explains how Josmart Technologies handles information submitted through the DukaDesk marketing website. Use of the DukaDesk SaaS application may also be governed by application-specific privacy terms presented during registration.

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, we may receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, preferred DukaDesk edition, and the message you provide. Basic server logs may also record technical information such as your IP address, browser, requested page, and submission time.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, recommend an edition, prepare installation or pricing guidance, provide requested support, prevent abuse, and maintain business correspondence.

Sharing and retention

Josmart Technologies does not sell enquiry information. We may use hosting, email, and communication providers only where necessary to operate the website and respond. We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, support, legal, or business-record purposes.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete enquiry information, subject to any information we must retain for legal or legitimate business reasons.
